Zalora Shopping |
Our first glimpse from the second floor revealed a vast collection of shelves and Zalora apparels up for sale!
Zalora is known as one of Asia's leading online fashion retail website and has been making its mark here in the Philippine fashion industry.
Since Zalora Philippines launched locally, they have featured several international designers and in-demand Filipino brands.

Being an online store, having an offline (physical) pop-up shop came as a surprise actually, but in coopration with Glorietta, that became possible. This also came in time with Zalora's 2nd year anniversary in the Philippines. As ZALORA Philippines co-founder and managing director Paulo Campos delivered in his welcoming remarks yesterday: "Filipinos love shopping and buying online, mix the two and you've got success."

And to make the event more interesting, they enjoined top Philippine Fashion bloggers David Guison (@DavidGuison), Aisa Ipac (@Paxieness), and Angela Nepumuceno (@Lush_Angel)).
Of course, Style Wise Manila will not pass the opportunity to get a photo with them. Aisa was missing MIA though when this photo was taken.

Fashion Finds
Of course, we're not leaving the Zalora Pop Up Shop without spotting great finds to buy. Men's Tops were a bit limited but the Ladies' section was overflowing. Add to that the sandals, shoes, and bags! So needless to say, the wife was in frenzy. :P
Interestingly, the clothes and shoes were organized by sizes so we didn't have a hard time looking for what fits us. Understandably though, specially for the shoes section, the sizes were limited to the stocks with what they have. Just in case you encounter the same, you can try to order your fashion finds online at Zalora.com.ph, they're an online retail shop after all. :)

My wife hoarded at least 7 dresses that she loved at a time; but we had to stick to our budget so she ended-up purchasing only four (4). It's good that we "live without regrets" and was ready with my Metrobank Prepaid Card. The Zalora sale accepts both cash and credit card payments at the Glorietta Pop-Up shop.

If the wife got the dresses,Style Wise Manila splurged on shoes. Not too much actually, just 2 pairs which caught my fancy. :P
I've got a lot of shoes already at home. In fact, I just recently got a new pair of Praiaz just the other day when they launched here in the Philippines. But I just can't resist these two from Zalora. They're from the brand 24:01.
My top pick is the 24:01 Sneakers Slip-On. What makes it unique is its texture and mixed-beige color which has a darker shade in front.

My second pick is another sneakers but this time lace-up. I choose this for it's checkered fore-design. Although it's contemporary and loud in that way, it was balanced by the conservative grey color.
Another great find at only Php 500.

Other items include women's bags and ladies' accessories. Featured brands include Twinky, Celine, Plains & Prints, Halo, and Imono.
