Performed primarily to the groove of lively music, Zumba is an aerobic fitness program inspired by various Latin American dance styles. It became a popular exercise amongst individuals, especially women, who found their usual gym routine monotonous and boring.
Bates conducts most of her training sessions in North and South Carolina, she also travels around the world to promote her mission of helping others have better, healthier lives. And, C-Lium is very happy that she brought her Zumba moves here to the Philippines.
Bates shares the advocacy of C-Lium to live a healthier lifestyle by incorporating regular exercise and proper diet with a daily dose of fiber.

Health Advocacy
People nowadays fall short of getting the body’s required 20 to 30 grams of daily fiber, which may make them more prone to diseases such as high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity. C-Lium Fibre can help in this area to achieve their fiber needs.
C-Lium is made from 100% natural psyllium plant which is a good source of soluble and insoluble fibers. According to the National Fiber Council, the soluble fiber in psyllium absorbs water, turns into a gel, then attaches to food, sugars, cholesterol, and fats in the stomach, and helps to expel them out of the digestive system.
By doing so, the risk for many life-threatening diseases, such as heart disease, certain forms of cancer, diabetes and stroke may be reduced.
Moreover, C-Lium Fibre supports programs like Zumba to show its long-time commitment to promote active and healthy living for Filipinos. C-Lium Fibre comes in husk powder and capsule variants and is available in leading drugstores and supermarkets nationwide. Know more about C-Lium Fibre at www.facebook/clium.
